The loop should move work forward alone and ask a person only for a real decision. This report measures how close one day came, names the causes, and keeps both over time, so a fix that holds and a cause that returns are both visible.

Use it

Ask your agent in plain words. Any of these will do:

  • "How did the loop do yesterday?"
  • "Run the deliver report for 2026-10-07."
  • "Why did the preparer keep retrying last Tuesday?"
  1. Collects one calendar day from GitHub in your local time, yesterday by default: runs, outcomes, comments and merged PRs. A day reads the same whenever it is collected.
  2. Names a cause for every delivery that needed a person, every wasted run and every reviewer send-back, from run summaries, denied commands and retrospectives.
  3. Proposes at most four changes, each giving clearer authority, better wording, fewer instructions or more autonomy. It never adds a role, label, gate or checklist.
  4. Renders the report, opens it in your browser and leaves a JSON record of the day next to it.
  5. With the Uberblick MCP server, stores the day in a Delivery report document, so KPIs and recurring causes show up over time.

What it measures

Autonomous deliveries

runs that moved nothing forward, and what they cost
Human stops
each time the loop asked a person, and how long it waited
Cycle time
first run to delivery, without that wait
Run time
agent minutes summed over the day
Denied commands
runs that hit a permission denial

Needspython3 and an authenticated gh. Reads GitHub only.
