## UB Agents

Skills for repositories that run the ub-agents loop: reading its records on GitHub, judging how the loop did, and tuning the instructions it runs on.

### ub-agents-deliver-report

Report one calendar day of ub-agents loop deliveries in a GitHub repository when a maintainer asks: how many items the loop delivered on its own, which runs were wasted, where a person had to step in, the causes behind them and the few changes that would have saved runs. Writes an HTML report, opens it in the browser, leaves a JSON record of the day and can store the day in an Uberblick document's data to track KPIs over time. Do not use for a loop role, a PR review or a merge gate.

Groom a repository backlog, milestone or project for an engineering manager or product owner: challenge unnecessary work, duplicates, superseded scope and unclear value, then produce an actionable evidence report with effort and blockers. Use for a daily backlog review or to identify what can be cut to deliver a specific outcome sooner. Not an implementation run or release gate.
